I hope the "not being able to accept compliments" thing isn't true, because this isn't just a compliment, this is the honest truth! You have ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to hate the way you look. Seriously. I think every girl goes through times where they feel how you do. When I was in year 11 I either didn't look in mirrors at all or stood in front of one for ages trying to think of things which could be improved I got over it, though. I noticed how unimportant looks where when I started noticing guys personalities before their appearance
