Hey Guys, remember me? It’s Dani. The person that has longingly neglected deviantart.

Well I have some news for you. I’ve recently been undergoing exams, and my last one was yesterday! I know, great, right? I had one English Lit a week back, one Media on the 1st of June, and two Philosophy and Ethics on the 2nd of June... that’s right, I had a three HOUR long exam – I didn’t think it was possible to keep us in examination for THAT long – boy, did my arse ache afterwards; my brain on the other hand was beyond the point of ache, it had overheated, gone up in flames, and all that remained was the ashes when I left that exam room. I was very disappointed with myself when I had my Philosophy and Ethics exam, English and Media I felt went okay, but I don’t suppose you know that feeling...

That feeling where you’re sat in an exam room, in complete silence, watching everybody around you read and respond quickly to the question paper you’ve been given, while you’re sat there blank, your eyes have glazed over and your brain resembles the same capacity and noise a failing heart monitor would make. You look at the clock and the exams just started, and you have no idea what to write. Next thing you know, you’re trying desperately to remember all that information you crammed into your brain just hours before, but nothing comes out, you look at the clock again, and half an hour’s gone, you have 2/3’s of the time left, when you should have written about half of what you’re supposed to say by now.

No? Well that’s incredibly good for you, because that sadly, happened to me in my Philosophy and Ethics exam, I have only myself to blame, but I know I’m good at the subject, and I know I’ve failed the exam too. Very sad, but life goes on, eh?

My mother fails to understand just how difficult A-levels are....
‘Why can’t you get an A?’
‘Because I’m not a genius, Mum, that’s why, I’ll be lucky to get a B’
‘Well, I don’t believe that, you don’t try hard enough’

ARGH! So infuriating! You just feel like screaming full on in their face. Lmao. But lets just say, she ain’t gunna be happy when I get my results :roll:
‘You better have done well in your exams, or else you’re in big trouble...’
=| Oh dear...

I go back to school on the 8th, so I’ve got another week of break, and then I’ll be doing year 13 work, whoopy, it’ll be nice to start something new. Then in 5 weeks it’s prom 8-) and then a week after that, it’s AUSTRIA!!!!!! I’m going on tour with our Samba band, it may sound lame, but I am so excited, Austria has to be one of my favourite places I’ve been, seriously. So excited =)

Anyway, you talk to me now, tell me what’s new with you guys, I’ve missed you guys so much. Especially those I used to talk to all the time, I’m sorry we kinda lost touch, but I now have plenty of time to catch up. Anything else you want to know with me? I’m all ears (or eyes for the internet).

Even though my gallery may not show it, I have a passion for art. Whether it may be drawing, writing or photography - either way I enjoy all aspects and hope to make some sort of career out of it in the near future. Most artistic peoples dream, I guess.
I've met some of the most fantastic people on the site, even though my current status says otherwise, I've been around dA a very long time now, and I encourage anyone who may want to join. There's something for everyone.
